Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience
1 year demonstrated experience as an Administrator
Advantageous:
Certificate/Diploma in Administration
Duties
- System Management
o Ensuring that access to confidential data is restricted (access control)
o Must ensure that all systems are maintained (SharePoint, AX etc)
o Ensuring that all relevant information is loaded on systems as and available when needed
o Updates all relevant documentation and follow up on the workflow in the system - Administrative
o Management and administration of some departmental purchases and payments
o Processing of leave
o Boardroom management (bookings and preparation) - Reception Management
o Directly responsible for managing the switchboard administration for incoming and external calls
o General reception duties - SHERQ compliance
