Job Description
Job Title: Administrator: (6 Months Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Clinix Health Group: Occupational Health Clinic (Phalaborwa).
Job Summary:
To perform and deliver coordinate, plan and manage administrative and clerical duties for CHG Occupational Health Clinics. The incumbent is accountable for the management of staff to ensure adequate administrative support to the business.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12
- Office Administration certification is advantageous.
- 2-3 years previous experience in an occupational health clinic environment advantageous.
- Computer Literacy.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the OC Services manager including calendar management, completing expense reports and preparing / compiling correspondence that may be confidential.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents on all matters pertaining to Clinic.
- Plan and schedule meetings for the executive and senior managers of area of accountability.
- Handle memos, reports, invoices and related documents for the Occupational Health clinic.
- Researches, prioritises and follows up on incoming issues and concerns raised in the office and determines the appropriate course of action for remediation.
- Work closely with the clinic manager, keeping the incumbent informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Attend relevant meetings or clinical forums with the clinic manager and other stakeholders (including external), providing administrative and quality assurance support.
- Ensures seamless administration of the clinic.
