Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
1 year administration experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Verify received documentation with buyer folio and storage contract
- Issue dispatch instruction within set parameters
- Escalate non-conforming instructions, and follow up with all parties until resolved
- Send instruction number to buyer and silo
- Ensure accurate electronic filing of instructions and supporting emails
- Follow up on any outstanding instructions on a weekly basis
