We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist for our Service Department. As one of the faces of our dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating and managing all incoming aftersales calls, and ensuring that our customers’ needs are met promptly and efficiently.
You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficient in computer applications and software
Duties and Responsibilities
Answering, screening and handling of telephone calls/queries
Ensure messages are accurately recorded and passed on
Maintain & update telephone directories and dealership lists
Maintain a schedule of all key personnel
General correspondence & administration
Ad-hoc duties as required
