HolGoun Security is recruiting Grade C Security Officers from the greater Kwa Zulu Natal areas to be employed full time.

Minimum Requirements
- Completed matric or equivalent
- Grade C PSIRA registered (a must)
- No criminal Records
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the security sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Firearm competency is advantageous)
- In good health and acceptable stature
- Sober habits
- Willing to work shifts and overtime, if required
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
Enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks, prevent escalation, and protect people and property. This may involve alerting authorities, evacuating premises, or providing first aid.
Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access and maintain access control measures.
Prepare detailed incident reports, security logs, and shift summaries documenting security-related activities, observations, and incidents. Maintain accurate records to facilitate investigations and compliance with regulations.
Assist visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries, directions, or assistance as needed. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour while interacting with individuals and addressing their concerns.

- Monday to Sunday 06:00 – 18:00/18:00 – 06:00 (Rotational shifts)
