|A challenging opportunity exists within the VAS & Mobile Ops Department for a dynamic and assertive individual with a willingness to learn.
Manage Incentives for stores on the Tuyu platform.
Assist in the tracking of fraudulent customer enrolments based on defined rules and processes
Assist in the roll-out of the agreed Incentive platform and manage this platform once in place (Pay2ID & TymeBank).
Manage monthly targets and KPI’s to meet agreed deliverables
Manage relationships with relevant business stakeholders
Efficient coordination and management of the teams in order for them to achieve target
Report extraction for VAS & Review performance statistics and escalate to Ops Manager for the required action to be taken to improve efficiencies
Authorize escalated financial transactions to reduce risk and financial loss to the business
Resolve all escalated queries effectively and efficiently
Ensure people management processes are utilized as needed
Deliver on all administrative tasks timeously and accurately
A management related qualification [advantageous]

Excellent business communication skills
Proven experience in people management
Ability to work under pressure and multitask to meet targets
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills

Good working knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Word and Excel (essential).
