Job PurposeTo ensure that all processing and filing of documents for all the customers are done in accordance with the BidvestIL Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure that all vehicles are compliant with the BMW standards and manage KPI Performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Senior certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
Valid Code 08 Drivers License
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Satisfaction:                                
Quick response to Customer queries and resolving thereof                                
Support Customer Liaison and also focus on minimising risk                               
Administration:             
Ensure processes and procedures are in line with the customer expectation                                
Checking accuracy of all daily transactions executed by the Dispatch Yard Drivers / Team Leaders                                
Analyse variances on reports and resolve queries daily                                
Reporting of anomalies picked up and manage the resolving thereof                                
Correct movement of vehicles on SAP                                
F2 damage inspection report to be captured weekly                                
Handing out of vehicles to be pulled and reparked                                 
Capturing of all vehicles imported and exported                                 
Updating of billing                                
Updating of imports expected by the client                                
Capturing of information on SAP        
KPI’s & Reporting:                                
Ensure on time submission and accuracy of daily/weekly / monthly management reports                                
Communicating daily/ weekly/ monthly KPI and performance reports                                
Maintain the KPI board                                
ISO:                                
Ensure processes and procedures are followed as per the customer expectation                                
Filing of all operational documentation daily as per ISO procedure                                
SHE:                                
Reporting of any incident as and when it happens                                
Ensure compliance to correct PPE at all times                                
Ensuring compliance to SHE procedures and standards                                
Monthly SHE checklists to be completed                                
Adherence to specific SHE appointment                                
5S: 
Ensuring the maintaining of 5S in areas of responsibility
5S checklists to be completed continuously
General Administration:
Maintain proper archiving procedures  
Recording, filing and archiving of operational documentation
