POST: Receptionist x Permanent

SALARY NOTCH: R 173 895 – R 199 461 per annum (Level 04)
REQUIREMENTS: A Grade 12 Certificate/ an appropriate NCV level 4 certificate in Office Administration or related plus at least 2 years’ experience in rendering receptionist, administrative and secretarial support services. An appropriate National Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage. Computer
literacy (Ms word, Ms Power-Point, Ms Excel, and Ms outlook). Knowledge of Batho-Pele principle.
Knowledge of TVET sector. Good Communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, typing, and written and verbal communication skills. Organisational and prioritisation skills. Customer care and client orientation skills. Telephone etiquette and document management are some of the skills required for this job. Ability to work in a team and independently.
DUTIES: Receive and direct telephonic and electronic calls and messages. Liaise with clients, managers and related stakeholders as directed. Receive and engage visitors. Keep a logbook of each day’s visitors.
Ensure a clean reception area. Receive and administer the flow of information and documents in the Office.
Assist with enquiries related to the Office. File/store, trace and electronically and manually retrieve documents and files. Ensure the safekeeping of documentation. Responds to enquiries received from internal and external stakeholders as directed.
Required Documents: Fully completed New Z83 Form indicating correct reference number, and detailed CV. NB.
