Role purpose
// The Quality Assurance Trainee Programme has been designed to give exposure within the Quality Assurance Organization, Quality
Testing, Foundation Seed as well as Production functions .
// This programme will mean an opportunity to see the diverse operations of the Bayer Quality Assurance organization
// Our aim is to develop our future leaders with a functional talent programme through a central assignment. The Trainee programme contains projects that will challenge you, mentors who will help you to grow, and training to fast-track your personal development

Key responsibilities and tasks
// Exposure to developing and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product/service compliance withestablished standards and customer requirements.
// Learning to conduct inspections and audits of processes, products, and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence
to quality standards.
// Learning to create and maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
// Exposure to performing statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
// Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals, resolve quality-related issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

// Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address nonconformities and prevent
recurrence.
// Exposure to trainingon quality assurance principles, standards, and best practices.
// Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the delivery of quality materials and components.
// Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to quality assurance and incorporate theminto
the organization’s processes.
// Foster a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Competencies
// Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline.
// Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
// Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations, etc.).
// Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
// Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
// Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
