DOWNLOAD OUR ONE-PAGER to find out more about who we are in a nutshell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To ensure that the Company &amp; Statutory regulations regarding cleanliness &amp; hygiene are complied with within all tasks undertaken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure that the quality standards of both customer service and operating processes, health and safety standards and food standards are met<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assists in the preparation of meals, especially salads and desserts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Places entrees, salads, desserts and other food on the serving line<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeps the serving line well-stocked and clean<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May assist in training new employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stores and records food leftovers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeps canteen tables, kitchen and other areas clean and orderly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure that customer expectations are met within the provisions of the contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure a high level of customer service within the area of responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where applicable, to ensure that stock in the designated area of responsibility is counted and signed over to the correct staff on the following shift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To carry out any reasonable request by management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To report and where possible take action when faced with customer and client complaints or compliments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To attend meetings and training courses as may be necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performs related work as assigned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interpersonal Skills: Client\/customer interface<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trustworthy and Reliable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion about service with a smile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must enjoy practical and methodical work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be honest and reliable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have good hand-eye coordination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to work quickly and safely<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have good personal hygiene<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be free from skin allergies to foods and detergents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have good communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work as part of a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer service orientated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br>Grade 11<br>1 -2-year experience in a similar role<br>Culinary qualification would be advantageous<br>Valid Drivers License<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POLICY<\/strong><br>Tsebo is committed to protecting your personal data as well as your rights relating to the information in line with the provisions of the applicable data protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a company we are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
