Job Overview<\/strong>
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry.  This position will be responsible for the verification and authentication of invoice hardcopies received from logistics and transport suppliers, receive and complete recon for all submitted invoices for current operational month and resolve invoice queries with suppliers with investigation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This position is earmarked to Unemployed Youth on a 12 month contract basis. The person applying must comply with the criteria and be registered on the Yes4Youth platform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Process invoice coding as per UDSA standards for approved GL \/ CC
\u2022Ensure suppliers invoices received prior to monthly finance cut off for processing. 
Transport<\/strong>
\u2022Ensure all suppliers providing transport services to UDSA comply with billing requirements invoice cut of monthly. 
\u2022Communicate with suppliers in advance sharing the monthly requirements. 
\u2022Conduct a recon monthly for Transport services provided to UDSA ensuring all billing is accurate prior to invoice submission.  
\u2022Outbound transport movement consolidation and weekly invoice check to authenticate movements via outbound controller \/ sales.
Business Control<\/strong>
\u2022Assist with returnable packaging invoicing flow. 
\u2022Verify all reverse logistics cost as per supplier breakdown. 
\u2022Provide monthly cost raised to BC unit controller. 
\u2022Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
\u2022Receive invoices from all PL suppliers. 
\u2022Authenticate invoices within 3-5 days of submission and request for upload. 
\u2022Excellent analytical skills to calculate charges raised. 
\u2022Submit invoices for checks to line manager prior to workflow processing.

Minimum qualifications<\/strong>
\u2022 B-Tech Logistics Management \/ Accounting or Diploma Logistics Management \/ Accounting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
