We have a strong strategic approach towards active participation in global markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following position has become available at DFC:<br><strong>POSITION: <\/strong>Technical Marketing Intern X2 (12-month contract) #DFC130723-1<br><strong>LOCATION: <\/strong>Benoni<br><strong>REPORTING TO: <\/strong>Head of Marketing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: <\/strong>As a Technical Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in promoting and communicating the technical features and benefits of our products or services.<br>You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling content, conduct market research, and assist in executing marketing campaigns. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the intersection of technology, marketing, and business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide support to the Marketing Team at DFC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pursuing a Bachelor\u2019s Degree \/ Diploma (Marketing, Business Administration or any Engineering<br>qualification related to manufacturing)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pursuing P1,P2 studies in an engineering field (Advantageous)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No work experience required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail manage multiple tasks and deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to reach target audiences<br>effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to the use of marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, content management systems, email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CLOSING DATE: 20 July 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note we have a DFC recruitment mailbox.
