Your responsibilities will&nbsp;include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct allocated patrols or checkpoint duties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patrol on foot by bicycle or vehicle as applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather information that could support risk management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that security tasks are completed to required quality standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor performance and enforce access controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and report all irregularities to Supervisor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in required meetings including safety, health, environment in initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To arrest all transgressors within the law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This role is in the Protection Services Department at a B2 level reporting to the Protection Services Officer.\/ Senior Patrolperson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Certificates to be attached with your application:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered with the PSIRA on grade C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firearm Competency &#8211; Advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience as a patrolperson or equivalent will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowledge and Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good communication skills in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you join Anglo American, you can expect to enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, but more than this, you\u2019ll find yourself in an environment where the opportunities for learning and growth are second to none.
