process for gaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a qualification registered on the NQF&nbsp;<strong><em>(<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Work based education and training programme<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose of Programme&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme is aimed at individuals who are or wish to be involved in the Contact Centre industry.&nbsp; It also serves as the entry qualification into Warehouse operations and management&nbsp;&nbsp;The learnership is offered as 5 block release modules as well as workplace learning from 1 June 2023 &#8211; 31 June 2024.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will report to the&nbsp;<strong>Risk and Security Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deliver timely, accurate and professional warehouse aligned to service level standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve product or service problems by utilizing your listening skills to clarify our customer&#8217;s query; assess any service failure to identify the root-cause and take appropriate action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with our supervisors on the floor.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate to a resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise between internal departments to solve our risk and security queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer obsessed and knows what it means to months experience in a warehouse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to work rotational shifts which includes weekends, public holidays and overnight
