inspirational, and personalised experience for all customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive sales and turnover by motivating and inspiring the team members to achieve sales targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure visual merchandising standards create a beautiful store experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy and fully replenished sales floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure stock levels, stock losses and shrinkage are effectively managed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all products are correctly priced with relevant Price stickers and \/or signage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that stock take, and cycle count variance reports are checked, variances are investigated, and stock shortages or unbalanced stock information is escalated to the Area Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that point of sale and banking procedures are adhered to and raise any areas of concern with the Area Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all store standards and operations policies and procedures are adhered to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective execution of all operational activities within the store<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A matric, grade 12 or equivalent certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A passion for cosmetics, retail, and customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of beauty and skincare products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service orientation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A strong work ethic and hands-on attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic proficiency with email and Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to remain calm and pleasant in pressurised situations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to stand for long periods of time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to demonstrate and promote products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to create a buzz in your store that will motivate your team and encourage customers to come back
