Verifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform visual inspections of production area(s) and equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform pre-production checks such as environmental checks, scale checks, and equipment pre-checks as per BMR, SOP and product specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify scale and measuring equipment performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Material Handling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dispense, transfer, weigh and collect raw materials for processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure raw materials are staged for processing, in line with requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Production Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set up the room and IBCs for production activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare solutions for production activities as per SOP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Routine Support Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clean work area(s) and equipment before and after processing of materials as per SOP and cleaning checklist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform routine equipment checks and transfer of equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect samples of production area and equipment for testing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control contamination in area by flushing drains and pipes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with sorting of defected products and discard\/ minimize waste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide information to assist with campaign preparation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and report on operational problems out of specification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting &amp;
