North West"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"474\" height=\"136\" src=\"https:\/\/sendcv.creativemindz.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1917\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sendcv.creativemindz.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-2.png 474w, https:\/\/sendcv.creativemindz.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-2-300x86.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 474px) 100vw, 474px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GENERAL WORKER (NORTH WEST)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reference Number: <\/strong>FA-772<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work with team leaders \/ supervisors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform inspections on designated area of responsibility everyday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning and managing of tailings material on site and at depositing area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with the problems solving on operational challenges and report ant deviation to the immediate supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhering to discipline procedures in accordance with the company&#8217;s policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to all safety rules and regulations as per all safety legislations and company procedure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extension and connecting of pipelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opening and closing of valves in line with operational lines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take responsibility for your performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure a good housekeeping at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 or Equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EXPERINCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>0-2 Years relevant experience in an earth moving or familiar environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tailings dam operational background\/ experience in the mining or related industry for at least 2 years will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good planning and organizing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team work observant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovation and Actioned-orientated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GENERAL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be able to understand the relevant standard operating procedure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medically fit to work in a mining environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>must pass the mine&#8217;
