DESCRIPTION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide\u00a0feedback to management\u00a0regarding\u00a0stock issues and movements\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive the ultimate customer experience\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure sales targets are met\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing the receiving and dispatching of stock\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing stock within specified\u00a0time frames\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitating efficient rotation of stock, from the stockroom to the sales floor\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring the neatness and\u00a0Housekeeping\u00a0standards are world class\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage Shrinkage in line with company standards\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retail experience (essential)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 years Stockroom experience (Advantageous)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hospitability background (Advantageous)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A customer-centric attitude and approach\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to give direction to stockroom team\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and will\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>require weekends and evening shifts\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies and behaviours for success:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
