An opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Worker – Cleaner to ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong>
\u2022Medically fit<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Reliable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Work in a safe manner i.e. Ensure all safety requirements are adhered too<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Clean criminal record<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Must have own reliable transport to and from work<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Excellent organizational skills a must<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Able to carry out all reasonable instructions from Supervisor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ NQF level 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong>
\u2022Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Daily cleaning of offices by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Notify building management of any repairs required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Assisting Office staff with making of tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Cleaning of entire premises<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Maintaining environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022General housekeeping tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
