Description<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Support the Department of Health through Direct service at facility level to carry out data-related admin work, capture patient files, generate defaulter reports and compile monthly statistics.<br><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capture data daily of information acquired from all registers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that data captured is stored in the prescribed manner and backed up on a regular basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately enter M&amp;E data in a timely manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out Data quality assessments and audits with close guidance from HTS Coordinator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filing and administrative duties as required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the information is credible and that there are no duplications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure confidentiality of patient files and information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide updates and training on data capturing systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in testing data capturing systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report problems relating to data collection to line manager as and when they occur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tertiary qualifications an added advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data capturing competency through experience or training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fast and accurate data capturing skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent administrative and organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good facilitation and communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate in English and any of the
