Purpose of the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accurate processing on cash register, cash-up and related administrative duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong>
\u2022    Accurate processing on cash register iro products sold.
\u2022    Control cash sales.
\u2022    Ensure correctness of invoice and Scanned Product List.
\u2022    Control and file invoices.
\u2022    Cash-up and balance cash received.
\u2022    Follow correct procedure in respect of smart-box system.
\u2022    Cash drops done frequently.
\u2022    Help to minimize stock losses.
\u2022    Assist with stock take and interim counts.
\u2022    Promote new products.
\u2022    Ensure good customer services.
\u2022    Ensure that correct documentation is completed, and correct procedures followed.
\u2022    Ensure neatness of work area and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
\u2022    Assist with regular stock control.
\u2022    Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by supervisor.
\u2022    Ensure that Operational Costs cents per litre cost is contained through continual investigation and improvement of asset utilisation.
\u2022    Follow Organization\u2019s policies and procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Requirements:<\/u><\/strong>
\u2022    Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) Qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    A valid drivers\u2019 license for a delivery vehicle (Code EC\/ PDP).
\u2022    1 \u2013 2 years’ experience in a cash handling environment 
\u2022    Computer literacy in MS Office, SAP, will be an advantage.
\u2022    The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
\u2022    Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and sound presentation skills <\/p>\n\n\n\n
