CAPE)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REFERENCE NUMBER<\/strong>: CF-49<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have an opportunity for a skilled Contact Centre Consultant in the Customer Services Department. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Contact Centre Consultant, you would be required to provide immediate call solutions to Customers in an efficient manner and with a positive attitude, thereby portraying a professional company image whilst striving for Customer Satisfaction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Contact Centre Consultant accesses, gathers and educate customers on personal confidential financial information, loans, and transaction history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Operational Productivity<br>As per KPI scorecard, including but not limited to the following tasks:<br>\u2022Analysing information to identify and solve account queries<br>\u2022Offer information to customers on transaction history<br>\u2022Gathering information to establish eligibility for loans<br>\u2022Educate\/inform customers on loans qualified for and complete the loan application where applicable<br>\u2022Educate\/inform customers on payment history<br>\u2022Capturing personal financial info i.e., salary, debt, household income &amp; expenditure<br>\u2022Capturing confidential customer information<br>\u2022QA, AHT, Productivity, Adherence, Idle Time, Absence, Time keeping<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Capfin Customer Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Conducts calls in a professional manner and ensuring the correct customer information is captured on Captivate<br>\u2022Updating of Captivate accurately<br>\u2022Ability to use positive language while speaking to Capfin customers<br>\u2022Show empathy towards your customers on the call<br>\u2022Move from inbound\/outbound\/multimedia when we experience high call volumes<br>\u2022Follows all scripts accurately, while providing exceptional customer services<br>\u2022Follows all call processes in such a way that Quality Assurance processes are met to ensure the business always remains complaint<br>\u2022Provides a positive customer experience that promotes positive Customer Satisfaction Survey<br>\u2022Illustrates Good listening skills and positive objection handling<br>\u2022Striving for First Call Resolution<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Grade 12 (Matric)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Minimum 1 year Contact Centre experience<br>\u2022Minimum 1 year customer facing retail experience<br>\u2022Must be fluent (Read, Speak &amp;
