How about you?<\/strong><br>Immediate Superior:\u00a0[[Warehouse Controller]]\u00a0<br>Job Grade:\u00a0[[5]]\u00a0<br>Location: [[Paarl]]<br>Function: [[Supply Chain]]<br>Sub Function: [[Manufacturing]]<br>Type of Contract: [[Permanent]]<br>Reference Number: [[104206]]\u00a0<br>Closing Date: 08\/03\/2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P<\/strong><strong>urpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To provide support to the Warehouse department with all duties related to\u00a0 admin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This\u00a0Position will report to the Warehouse Controller<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key performance areas include (but are not limited to):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the correct and effective loading of local shipments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the effective storage and issuing and control of all stock items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that good 5S practises are always adhered to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with monthly \/ daily stock taking and reconciliation of stock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend daily review meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure effective and accurate certification of wine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to innovation and business improvements in support of operational and segment goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report breakages immediately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping record of all loading documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send DA 32&#8217;s to admin on a daily basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor Open Sales Report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure up to date and effective filing system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>+-3 years of experience in a Warehouse environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verbal and written communication skills in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work well within a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must take ownership of area of responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work overtime and\/or shifts when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable transport to and from work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company\u2019s approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
