Permanent <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0REFERENCE NO: ERD009736<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;ADMIN\/OFFICE SUPPORT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gauteng, Kempton Park<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Receptionist<br>Kempton Park<br>R8000 &#8211; R12 000 CTC per month<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matric is essential<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in a similar is essential<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An additional qualification will be an advantage<br><br>Duties will include:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greet and welcome all visitors entering our premises and directing and announcing them appropriately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receiving and sorting daily mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone\/email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer questions and address complaints<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep updated records and files<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor office expenses and costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Consultant:\u00a0Amore Pienaar\u00a0&#8211;
