Introduction
<\/strong>Tracker requires the services of a friendly Receptionist \/ Switchboard operator in the Client Services department based at Tracker Eastern Cape – East London Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
\u00b7 The incumbent is expected provide excellent service to internal and external customers
\u00b7 Operate and direct all calls on switchboard
\u00b7 Receiving and welcoming visitors and customers and contacting the relevant department for assistance
\u00b7 General office administration
\u00b7 Receiving and dispatching parcels and envelopes
\u00b7 Liaise with internal staff\/departments by ensuring messages and information is timeously and correctly processed
\u00b7 Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
\u00b7 Assist with any other tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor as the need arise to ensure exceptional and efficient service
\u00b7 Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all times<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum requirements
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE<\/strong>
\u00b7 Matric coupled with a minimum of 1 year working experience in a Reception environment or relevant tertiary qualification.
\u00b7 Immaculately groomed individual with a friendly and energetic personality.
\u00b7 Speak and write English fluently.
\u00b7 A passion for customer service and a professional attitude at all times.
\u00b7 The incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to pay attention to details.
\u00b7 The ability to cope with a constant changing and pressurised environment.
\u00b7 Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/p>\n\n\n\n
