This role requires an individual who is value-driven, customer focused, dynamic and resilient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To prepare required products in accordance with the production planning and Nando\u2019s operational standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure stock management of the station<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To adhere to the health and safety procedures and Nando\u2019s operational and health standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness of the stationTo perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with the laid down standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To fulfil the role of fellow employees in his\/her absence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To perform any other duties as required from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
