How about you?<\/strong><br>Immediate Superior: Ops Manager<br>Job Grade:&nbsp;04<br>Location: Boksburg<br>Type of Contract: Permanent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEY RESULT AREAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the accurate processing on cash register IRO products sold<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the control of cash sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the correctness of invoices and Scanned Product Lists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the control and filing of documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the accurate Cash-up and balance of cash received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow correct procedure in respect of Smart-Box system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that Cash drops are done frequently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help to minimize stock losses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with stock take and interim counts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote new products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure good customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the correct documentation are completed and correct procedures followed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure neatness of work area and adhere to safety rules and regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 (Matric) qualification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Computer literacy in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed SAP knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounting knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous Banking \/cash register experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two years working experience in a similar environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be prepared to work overtime, public holidays, and Saturdays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company\u2019s approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
