To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To maintain a high-quality product in Production Department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to all Company rules and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned maintenance of assigned assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administration and record control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SOP&#8217;s, hygiene and housekeeping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food Safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health &amp; Safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualification Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Related Production experience advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pressurized environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work shifts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overtime expected from time to time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work in hot manufacturing conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Outputs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to work in a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able and available to work shifts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and leadership skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be self- motivated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be prepared to work overtime and on weekends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous Improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that it is company policy to promote from within wherever possible, hence internal applicants will be given priority.
