{"id":1369,"date":"2024-01-04T07:35:41","date_gmt":"2024-01-04T07:35:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sendcv.creativemindz.co.za\/?p=1369"},"modified":"2024-01-04T07:35:42","modified_gmt":"2024-01-04T07:35:42","slug":"receptionist-ftc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sendcv.creativemindz.co.za\/index.php\/2024\/01\/04\/receptionist-ftc\/","title":{"rendered":"Receptionist &#8211; FTC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"474\" height=\"326\" data-id=\"1370\" src=\"https:\/\/sendcv.creativemindz.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/OIP-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1370\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sendcv.creativemindz.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/OIP-6.jpg 474w, https:\/\/sendcv.creativemindz.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/OIP-6-300x206.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 474px) 100vw, 474px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receptionist &#8211; FTC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location: <\/strong>Isando, Gauteng <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Motus Isuzu Isando<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;currently<\/strong>&nbsp;holds a vacancy for a receptionist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting to the<strong>&nbsp;Finance Manager<\/strong>, the&nbsp;<strong>Receptionist<\/strong>&nbsp;is responsible for providing first line communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position provides first line communication, monitor all incoming calls and ensure all customers receive a pleasant and courteous welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Specific Role Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure messages are correct and conveyed timeously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update and distribute telephone lists to all Staff at Dealership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with all Staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control, monitor and record outgoing trunk calls and incoming reverse charge calls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure Customers are directed to the employee to be visited \/ contacted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure Customer\u2019s comfort whilst in waiting period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all calls are answered promptly and pleasantly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure cleanliness of reception area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit \u201chang-on\u201d calls by offering call backs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure paging system is on first call back after no reply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A minimum of 3 years receptionist experience is essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Receptionist certificate will be an added advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a clear Criminal Record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum of Grade 12.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills and Personal Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Motor industry experience will an added advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have excellent verbal communication skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
