We at RCL FOODS are in search for an Administration Clerk to join our Groceries Division. The role will be based in Randfontein and report to the SHE Manager. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to ensure the smooth running of the front reception by meeting drivers\/clients\/visitors and accurate daily processing of access.<\/td><\/tr>
Minimum Requirements<\/td>\u2022    Grade 12.
\u2022    Minimum of 2 years experience in dealing with customers\/visitors.
\u2022    Minimum of 2 years experience in administration of orders.
\u2022    Working knowledge of MS Office.
\u2022    Bilingual (Ability to speak an African language could be beneficial) 
\u2022    Friendly disposition<\/td><\/tr>
Duties & Responsibilities<\/td>\u2022    Processing of orders.
\u2022    Provide access to drivers.
\u2022    Process and issuing of access documents for visitors.
\u2022    Administration of Agrigrain system.
\u2022    Control access to the visitor’s door. 
\u2022    Answering telephone calls.
\u2022    Documentation and control of parcels and donations.
\u2022    Ability to administer programs accurately.
\u2022    Reporting of variances on orders
