related)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Safair Operations, operating as&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flysafair.co.za\/about-us\">Flysafair<\/a>, has a vacancy for a&nbsp;<strong>Call Centre Agent<\/strong>at our head office in&nbsp;<strong>Bonaero<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Park.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;The successful applicant will report to the&nbsp;<strong>Assistant Manager: Customer Care Centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive calls from customers \/ passengers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deal with problems such as delays, cancellations etc.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explain processes to customers and assisting them where necessary;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work in a team and longer than normal hours (shift work);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deal with confidential information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with customers both verbally and in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1) to four (4) years\u2019 experience in a Call Centre Environment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel or relevant qualification will be an advantage;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication in English \u2013 speak, read and write;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid computer literacy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent phone etiquette;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No criminal or credit record;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work on weekends, public holidays and flexible hours as required;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own transport would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Punctual;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent understanding or experience of delivering great customer service to a customer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High degree of patience and assertiveness;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conflict resolution skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immaculate time keeping;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trustworthy, professional and reliable, including dealing with confidential information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to work well under pressure;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice good time management and willingness to work longer than normal office hours;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remains focused in order to handle objections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SHIFTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>07:00 \u2013 16:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>08:00 \u2013 17:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>09:00 \u2013 18:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10:00 \u2013 19:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Includes weekends and public holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>APPLICATION
