Job Description<\/td>We at RCL FOODS are in search of a Storeman<\/strong> to join our Baking Division- Pies. The role will be based in Krugersdorp<\/strong>, and the successful incumbent will report to the Senior Buyer. RCL FOODS is looking for a professional, detail-oriented incumbent to issue and record stock items for the General\/Packing\/Ingredient Store.<\/td><\/tr>
Minimum Requirements<\/td>Minimum 2 years experience in a similar environment
Grade 12 
Numerical and reading literacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be willing to work shifts and overtime if required
 <\/td><\/tr>
Duties & Responsibilities<\/td>Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
To help customers at the issue and receiving counter in a friendly and professional manner  
Check signatures on SSR\u2019s to ensure that it is authorised
Capturing of SSR\u2019s and invoices on a daily basis before 24H00
Assist with the loading and off-loading of both stock and non-stock items
Do daily spot checks and ensure that the system and actual stock level balance
All SSR\u2019s captured must be checked daily against Inventory Journal printout
Assist with quarterly stock counts
Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the stores area
Complete GRA\u2019s for all returns and repairs
All stock must be binned neatly and correctly on a daily basis
Ensure compliance with SHEQ procedures
Governance<\/strong>
Ensure that RCL FOODS ethical standards and the requirements of the RPM are adhered to
Report and or escalate any areas of non-compliance appropriately
Information and Data Management<\/strong>
Ensure team members accurately and regularly capture data onto the information system to enable access to reliable data and reporting for trend analysis and decision-making
Share relevant data with management teams to enable reliable business decision-making
Effective Teamwork & self-management<\/strong>
Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning prioritising, and self-development 
Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of  work are consistently and accurately maintained
Inform relevant parties in the event of tasks or deadlines not met, the potential risks thereof and provide appropriate resolution

Manage colleagues and client\u2019s expectations and communicate appropriately
Demonstrate willingness to help others and \u201cgo the extra mile\u201d to meet team targets and objectives
Champions training and development of self and others through utilising available training opportunities or contributing to the development of new training solutions relating to product costing in collaboration with national training specialists
Participate and drive in regular performance appraisals and ensure that own targets and goals are clear and achievable
Maintain a basic appreciation and awareness of employee relations climate and ensure corrective action is taken where required in line with relevant legislation and company policy
Ad hoc \/ Other<\/strong>
Oversee filing and safeguarding of records within area of responsibility
Compile of ad hoc spreadsheets when required
Processing of documents for intercompany charge-outs<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
