Quality Assurance Graduate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role purpose<\/strong>
\/\/ The Quality Assurance Trainee Programme has been designed to give exposure within the Quality Assurance Organization, Quality
Testing, Foundation Seed as well as Production functions .
\/\/ This programme will mean an opportunity to see the diverse oper\u0002ations of the Bayer Quality Assurance organization
\/\/ Our aim is to develop our future leaders with a functional talent programme through a central assignment. The Trainee programme contains projects that will challenge you, mentors who will help you to grow, and training to fast-track your personal development<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key responsibilities and tasks<\/strong>
\/\/ Exposure to developing and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product\/service compliance with\u0002established standards and customer requirements.
\/\/ Learning to conduct inspections and audits of processes, products, and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence
to quality standards.
\/\/ Learning to create and maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
\/\/ Exposure to performing statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
\/\/ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals, resolve quality-related issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\/\/ Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address nonconformities and prevent
recurrence.
\/\/ Exposure to trainingon quality assurance principles, standards, and best practices.
\/\/ Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the delivery of quality materials and components.
\/\/ Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to quality assurance and incorporate theminto
the organization\u2019s processes.
\/\/ Foster a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications and Competencies<\/strong>
\/\/ Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline.
\/\/ Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
\/\/ Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations, etc.).
\/\/ Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
\/\/ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
\/\/ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
