Job Description<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a dynamic HR Administrator who will provide effective administration to the HR
Department in Mopani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong>
HR Administration and Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Provide comprehensive and holistic HR Administrative services to the HR team and
  programme on all aspects of HR from recruitment, performance management, employee
  relations etc.
\u2022 Prepare work-back agreements and submit to payroll
\u2022 Maintain all documents in HR department (recruitment, remuneration etc.)
\u2022 Generate HR standard documents as required
\u2022 Respond to HR queries and needs as they arise and refer to HR Manager when necessary
\u2022 Ensure that timesheets are collated and send to Payroll
\u2022 Generate monthly HR reports and other reports as required
\u2022 Perform all other HR administrative duties<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Induction and Employee Exit Interviews
<\/strong>
\u2022 Prepare all HR engagement documents for new employees
\u2022 Coordinate the staff induction with HR Manager
\u2022 Send communication to staff introducing new staff members
\u2022 Conduct exit interviews when needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any other tasks as agreed with line manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Grade 12 (Matric)
\u2022 A National Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR or related field
\u2022 At least 2-3 years HR administrative and generalist experience
\u2022 Previous experience in working for an NGO in HIV and AIDS environment would be
advantageous
\u2022 Computer literate, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
\u2022 Able to work and learn independently
\u2022 Problem solving skills
\u2022 Organised, proactive and team player
\u2022 Ability to work with speed and accuracy
\u2022 Ability to produce quality work and meet tight deadlines
\u2022 Excellent communication (both verbal and written) Skills
\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
