We at RCL FOODS are in search for a SHE Administrator to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Polokwane and will report to the Risk Officer. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to facilitate the implementation of the SHE systems to reduce Occupational Health, Safety and environmental risks.<\/td><\/tr>
Minimum Requirements<\/td>
Matric.
Minimum SAMTRAC,NADSAM or similar diploma\/degree in safety preffered.
Minimum of 2 \u2013 3 years\u2019 work experience.
Valid driver\u2019s license.
Various safety related short courses will be advantageous.
Administration\/Safety background will be advantageous.
Knowledge and understanding of SHE systems.
Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Power Point).<\/td><\/tr>
Duties & Responsibilities<\/td>SHER:<\/strong>

Arranging calibration\/services of risk related equipment.
Administration of SHER records.
Arranging calibration\/services of risk related equipment.
Keep SHER training matrix and all files up to date.
Induction of employees & contractors when needed.
Assist in contractor management.
Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments.
Enforce compliance of regulatory requirements including company SHER policies and procedures.
Arrange SHER Meetings \/ Trainings and schedule as needed.
Managing and purchasing of PPE.
Ensure first aid boxes are inspected monthly.
Distribute weekly Safety Toolbox Talks & monthly SHER inspections to the SHER representatives.
Investigate all injuries and implement corrective actions and preventive action.
Updating of the incident register.
Update Notice Boards \u2013 SHER.
SHEQ-X administration.

 
Internal & External Audits:<\/strong>

Assisting with documentation, records, and files during both internal and external audits.
Participating in departmental internal audits.
Compile audit action plans.
Raising NCR\u2019S for internal & external audits on.
Inspect engineering files monthly.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
