We are seeking unique people who believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive and safe environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re on the lookout for an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Administrator&nbsp;<\/strong>to complete administrative functions professionally and effectively within the laboratory at the Dissolving Pulp Centre of Excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As an Administrator, you will be responsible to: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive pulp competitor samples and dissolving pulp mill samples, store in the pulp store and enter into the Sample Management system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue and receipt of samples to and from laboratory projects&nbsp;.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile consumable purchasing requirements weekly based on consumables stock&nbsp;counts and create weekly consumables purchase orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create notification and purchase requisitions for equipment repair and maintenance requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update relevant&nbsp;rosters quarterly; equipment verifications, internal equipment calibrations, chemical preparation and standardisation rosters, housekeeping team rosters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update status of SHEQ related action items e.g. from housekeeping inspections, improvement actions, safety suggestions SHEQ&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate job observation programme, collating and reporting monthly on observations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare standard complaint graphs for quarterly CSR reporting, DP Cluster reports and for Saiccor Mill quarterly Site SHEQ meetings&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with data downloads and spreadsheet &nbsp;preparation for customer meetings and technical reviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate administration functions i.e. ordering of Stationary and PPE requirements, printing of laboratory logbooks, arranging functions (arranging catering, booking venues, travel requirements)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are we looking for?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 with a Secretarial or Administration Qualification (NQF 4\/5)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 years &nbsp;relevant experience within a similar environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong computer literacy with competency in Microsoft Office&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working experience with SAP and SharePoint will be considered advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What\u2019s in it for you? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opportunity to work within a global organisation that continues to thrive in a rapidly changing world even after 80 years of existence&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learning and development programmes to fast-track your career within Sappi&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities to travel (dependent on the role)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market-leading leave benefits&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee wellbeing benefits&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Closing Date: 31 October 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to Apply?
