Our good reputation is our license to operate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of this position is driving revenue growth, acquiring new sites as prescribed by the National Sales Manager in line with the overall business acquisition strategy. To seek out profitable new customers for the Company, client retention, advertising, sales, and marketing strategy focusing on regional sales and customer relationship management within the informal channel of the organization across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Identify New Business<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify Business opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cold calling looking for new sites for Starter Pack Distribution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make calls (by telephone or in person) to allocated customers to develop new relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for new product sales and achieving set targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage both internal and external relationships to increase brand awareness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B2B (Business2Business) and B2C (Business2Consumer) cell phone starter pack distribution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with new clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure that your customer base is maintained on the master database<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage both internal and external relationship to increase brand awareness and effective execution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve customer retention in the Independent Channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze monthly regional reports to identify opportunities and threats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responding to enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train customers in product knowledge, RICA platforms and mobile solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure cellphone network relationships are managed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inventory Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inventory control and balancing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit weekly &amp;
