Mobile Ops Department for&nbsp;a dynamic and assertive individual with a willingness to learn.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br>Manage\u00a0Incentives for stores on the Tuyu platform.<br>Assist in the tracking of fraudulent\u00a0customer enrolments based on defined rules and processes<br>Assist in the roll-out of the agreed\u00a0Incentive platform and manage this platform once in place (Pay2ID &amp; TymeBank).<br>Manage monthly targets and KPI\u2019s to meet agreed\u00a0deliverables<br>Manage relationships with relevant business\u00a0stakeholders<br>Efficient coordination and management of\u00a0the teams in order for them to achieve target<br>Report extraction for VAS &amp; Review\u00a0performance statistics and escalate to Ops Manager for the required action to be taken to improve efficiencies<br>Authorize escalated financial transactions to reduce risk and financial loss to the business<br>Resolve all escalated queries effectively\u00a0and efficiently<br>Ensure people management processes are\u00a0utilized as needed<br>Deliver on all administrative tasks\u00a0timeously and accurately<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br>A management related qualification\u00a0[advantageous]<br>To seriously commit to continuous learning\u00a0(products and processes)<br>Exceptional analytical and decision-making\u00a0ability<br>Strong numerical, problem solving and\u00a0administrative skills<br>Excellent business communication skills<br>Proven experience in people management<br>Ability to work under pressure and\u00a0multitask to meet targets<br>Excellent time management, planning, and\u00a0organizational skills<br>To engage and influence relevant\u00a0stakeholders on projects\/initiatives<br>Good working knowledge of MS office\u00a0(Outlook, Word and Excel (essential).\u00a0<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Preference will be given, but not limited to,&nbsp;candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.<\/strong><strong>Please ensure that your Line and HR Managers &nbsp;
