Good health and quality of life are what motivates us to provide healthcare solutions and support for those who need it most.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We are looking for a Decanting Mentor who will support implementation of repeat prescription collection strategies \u2013 Internal PuPs and external PuPs,&nbsp;<\/em><em>or decentralized medicine options for patients on chronic treatment, targeting clients that are stable on chronic medication.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support implementation of repeat prescription collection strategies (RPCS) in supported sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify stable chronic patients for recruitment into repeat prescription collection strategies (RPCS) \u2013in line with targets given to the facility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train &amp; Mentor DoH &amp; Anova staff on repeat prescription collection strategies (RPCS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the availability and distribution of Adherence guidelines\u2019; SOPs; tools and stationery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise and train on site staff on the use of Adherence guidelines tools and documentation; viz (Adherence plan, RPCS consent form, club registers, cohorting SOP, Appointment cards, CCMDD SOPs, CCMDD\/CDU scripts, use of VL cascade).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise and perform monitoring activities including updating of relevant registers and collection of statistics and validating of data at facility level (CDU\/CCMDD).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile Daily; Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports to line manager on specific reports (M&amp;E Tool, COJ decanting report and PEPFAR report) using Tier.NET<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in continuous development trainings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct and Participate in Clinic SIMS visits, and Anova CME sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timeous requisition of supplies related to running of CCMDD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in COJ Task Team meetings and provide reports and technical advice on decanting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist adherence support and provide patient education on adherence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the implementation and growth of RPCS in facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum qualifications, skills and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of three years related experience and\/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 2 years\u2019 experience working in the field of HIV\/TB public healthcare environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy in MS Office Packages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic organisational and administrative skill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organized, analytical and excellent data interpretation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovative, Proactive and Team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please specify the above reference number on the subject line of your email for a quicker response.
