experienced&nbsp;<strong>In-store Associate&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As an In-store Associate you will be responsbile for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MPIS Compliance<br><\/strong>\u2022 Actively seek to identify space opportunities and capture prime spaces<br>\u2022 Adhere to the negotiated space allocated and fully optimise best sellers\u2019 selections<br>\u2022 Negotiate for ad-hoc space to support innovation brands as stipulated by the client and capture<br>additional display opportunities over and above display trading terms<br>\u2022 Implement weekly price specials and ensure correct implementation of pricing in-store<br>\u2022 Proactively manage sell-in of promotional activity by ensuring adequate stock availability for the duration<br>of the price promotions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>PICOS Management<br>\u2022<\/strong>&nbsp;Implement and adhere to planograms and achieve forward share\/PICOS targets<br>\u2022 Address non-compliance relating to planograms to store management and escalate to Field Managers<br>when necessary, in order to maintain the image of the brand<br>\u2022 Implement product flow and categorisation as per PICOS flow<br>\u2022 Ensure product flow and categorisation compliance with merchandising guidelines and<br>\u2022 Ensure product flow and categorisation are aimed for success across channel, customer and category<br>Job Profile \u2013 In-store Associate<br>\u2022 Ensure assets are in good working condition and placed at the right store<br>\u2022 Resolve asset abuse with store management and escalate to Field Manager if not resolved<br>\u2022 Report stolen, missing and illegal movement of assets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Cycle Activity<br>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong>Brief store management about cycle activity and take action to set promotions in agreement with<br>priorities<br>\u2022 Place order of minimum sell-ins as per client requirement<br>\u2022 Ensure that the cycle and cycle elements are up for the entire duration of the cycle, and capture<br>compliance on SMART<br>\u2022 Allocate POS and promotional material (in-store and window) and verify its quality and correct<br>positioning and functioning over time<br>\u2022 Visit assigned cluster of stores ensuring adequate availability of products for sale to customers<br>\u2022 Identify at-risk stock, communicate the quantum of the risk to relevant stakeholders and Initiate action<br>to mitigate<br>\u2022 Monitor ROS weekly and report any risk to relevant stakeholders three months prior expiry date<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Sales Targets and Revenue Management<br>\u2022<\/strong>&nbsp;Identify newly listed lines are on MPIS, place orders accordingly, and ensure utilisation of correct POSM<br>to increase visibility<br>\u2022 Analyse client sales reports and use data to influence sales activity and take appropriate action<br>\u2022 Carry out gap scanning to increase stock holding on display and place suggested order on the system<br>\u2022 Check agreed product display and verify assortment depth and width<br>\u2022 Support the client in planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans<br>\u2022 Identify in-store opportunities for incremental sales<br>\u2022 Ensure brands are merchandised according to ROS<br>\u2022 Makes commercially sound decisions and recommendations with a positive return on investment (ROI)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Data Insights and Brand Activation<br>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong>Manage Retailer data exceptions via SMART and ensure action is taken to resolve exceptions<br>\u2022 Report structured information on In-Store competitor activities<br>\u2022 Carry our brand activation according to the quarterly plan and in line with Heineken\u2019s marketing code<br>Stakeholder Engagement<br>\u2022 Understand customer needs and follow up on generated order<br>\u2022 Liaise with line manager, in-store management and clients and provide continuous feedback as per<br>business requirements<br>\u2022 Work to build strong channels of communication with all stakeholders<br>\u2022 Speedy and effective resolution of client issues
