Correspondence will be entered into only  with shortlisted candidates.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting to: Shift Leader<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Purpose <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cleaner role is assuring sanitary conditions of the controlled areas to<br>manufacture sterile pharmaceuticals is maintained. You will work on activities<br>associated with the sanitation of controlled areas in accordance with company<br>procedures and cGMP\u2019s and will follow all company SOP\u2019s, procedures and policies<br>to ensure aseptic and sanitary conditions are maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Learning <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>        \u2022 Minimum Grade 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1-2 years\u2019 cleaning experience in the FMCG \/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing<br>environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in a Sterile\/Microbiology environment will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additonal Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Self-Discipline, conscientious, perseverance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrity, honesty and responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in independently and in a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleanliness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No chronic skin, hair or respiratory conditions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does not fidget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Job Outputs <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>        \u2022 Perform sanitisation\/disinfection activities as defined by established operating<br>procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform various preparation and cleaning tasks under the guidelines of<br>established SOP\u2019s and cGMP regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep equipment and production areas clean to comply with regulatory<br>requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform cleanroom sanitisation\/disinfection (mopping floors, walls and ceilings<br>with sanitization fluids, wiping down process equipment)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect and dispose of waste according to established procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform drain cleaning and sanitisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate and complete records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and provide signatory signoff of all applicable documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate and complete assistance to all assigned departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work in a safe and effective manner in accordance with all company rules and<br>regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete relevant documentation\/paperwork, following GDP\/GMP guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify areas for continuous improvement and efficiency improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with cGMP\u2019s, SOPs and site safety procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any other tasks\/duties as assigned by management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate fluently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Core Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>        \u2022 Deciding and Initiating Action<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Planning and Organizing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coping with Pressure and Setbacks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhering to Principles and Values<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following Instructions and Procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapting and Responding to Change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be self-motivated and an excellent team player<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work shifts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety awareness is adhered to at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquiries <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested parties who meet the above requirements may e-mail their CV and<br>qualifications to <strong>HC.Clayville@adcock.com<\/strong> with the name of the position in the subject line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Closing date of applications will be 04 October 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Please note that this appointment will be made in line with company\u2019s employment equity policy and divisional employment equity targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cleaner X3 (STERILE MANUFACTURING) OTC \u2013 CLAYVILLE We reserve the right to make an appointment.
