POSITION: Receptionist
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing Industry
SALARIES: Up to R300k p/a
AREA: Gauteng
Responsibilities:
• Act as the point of contact between the General Manager/Operations Manager and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle requests and queries appropriately and promptly
• Screen incoming calls and take messages as required
• Effective diary planning
• Arrange local and international travel requirements
• Assist with typing, minute taking; general business administration and ad-hoc projects
• Compile reports, presentations and briefs
• Prepare corporate presentations
• General office management as required on a day-to-day basis
• Planning of on-site and off-site meeting arrangements
• Take and transcribe minutes of ad hoc meetings
• Partake in any other duties that may reasonably be expected
• Be aware of and apply all Company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience required:
• Grade 12
• Business Administration tertiary qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in same or similar environment
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
